I've made it to Cairo

I don't have much time to update this right now, but I got to Cairo with no problems and met up with the rest of the group the next day. Things have been pretty busy as we try to orient ourselves to life here. In some ways, it feels like a bigger, dirtier version of Nairobi. Today included a drive around Cairo, from which we did see the pyramids from the road. I need to get back to my flat, but I promise to write more soon.
